Making the most of its stunning waterfront location, Peppers Anchorage offers luxury hotel accommodation overlooking the Anchorage Marina, Corlette Beach and the unspoilt waters of Port Stephens.

The retreat has been built in the style of a cosy fishing village and accommodation is housed in four interlinked guesthouses lining the marina's edge. With 80 luxury hotel rooms, the retreat is large enough to provide great guest facilities but small enough to retain an intimate, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

All rooms and suites have their own balcony or verandah, almost all with unobstructed views over the sparkling waters of Port Stephens. Intimate guest lounges are found on both levels of 2 accommodation guest houses and there are several reception rooms in the main building, where guests can relax on the comfortable sofas, play billiards and enjoy the stunning views of the bay.

Merretts Restaurant: Overlooking the marina and boardwalk, Merretts Restaurant is renowned for its innovative menu rich in the freshest seafood Port Stephens has to offer. An extensive choice of non-seafood options, an all-day dining cafe menu and comprehensive vegetarian menu are also available. Open daily for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Captains Bar: Perfect for pre-dinner drinks or a relaxing night cap. Open from 4pm till midnight.
